addicting cucumber salad

A refreshing, briney, and oh-so-easy cucumber salad you'll be looking for excuses to eat

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Potli Apple Cider Vinegar

2 tbsp Potli Olive or Chili Oil

2 tsp Potli Honey

Salt & pepper to taste

4 medium cucumbers

2 tbsp finely chopped chives

 

Directions: Thinly slice cucumbers and toss with all other ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate, we recommend overnight. Taste and season with additional salt and pepper before serving, as needed!

Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days
