Mushroom Ricotta Toast

Creamy, savory, and topped with herbs and Potli's cold-pressed EVOO, this mushroom ricotta toast is an easy but crowd pleasing meal at any time of day. Use our EVOO as a delicious finishing oil that adds great texture and depth of flavor

Ingredients:

Slice of sourdough, toasted

3-4 tbsp ricotta

½ cup mushrooms, sliced

½ tbsp potli olive

2 cloves minced garlic

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp red chili flakes

Salt and pepper to taste

 Directions:

In a pan, sauté olive oil, mushrooms, garlic, garlic, chili flakes, thyme, salt, and pepper for 4-5 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked through.

On a toasted slice of sourdough, spread a generous layer of ricotta, and drizzle a small bit of olive oil.

Top with mushroom mixture and garnish with thyme.
